Premise: a podcast! An avenue to explore my own creativity, to produce something interesting for other people to listen to.
Ever since I was little, I wanted to do a radio show of some kind-- probably a late-night radio call-in show. What it was about varied. . . politics, finance, current events with a comedic overtone, etc. The desire, however, was always there.
Especially since radio is effectively a dead medium, I feel a podcast might be one of the most effective ways to acheive a goal similar to this.
The current conception is a lightly political show, with a great dose of humor; closer to an interesting conversation between friends than a debate or argument-laden television program. The description may conjure up the idea of The Daily Show, but the podcast would likely be more serious than that; like I said, more like two (or more) friends would talk than anything written specifically to be humorous (or propagandist for that matter.)
