I spend a lot of time thinking "deep thoughts", about life, the universe, history, and philosophy. I attempt to abide by the "golden rule" and love my fellow man even when I've been wronged.
I consider myself an agnostic atheist, but I am extremely tolerant of other people's beliefs, and consider myself a student of theology (or at least, world religions.)
I'm a member of the International High IQ Society, and a lover of art of all forms; I'm a writer and a poet, and often describe myself as torn between my artistic and my scientific sides, though I do know that the two can coexist peacefully.
I tend to appear serious in most of my endeavors but I'm very largely a humorous person. I love to laugh and am usually considered, among my close friends, to be very funny and I believe that the most important thing in life is to laugh about it.
I'm a great believer in the power of people to overcome issues with help.
